You found it. You actually found my website! Amidst the celebrity gossip sites, espn.com, news channels, and Facebook, you somehow stumbled upon my little corner of the internet. And for that, I thank you. I'm Dan, and it's very nice to meet you! I'm a singer-songwriter from Washington, DC. Feel free to check out my music, tour page, pics and whatever else you can find. And trust me, I'm not nearly as grumpy in real life as I look in that photo of me sitting in a chair at the top of this page. 

The Washington City Paper has proudly proclaimed that they didn't cover "pop-folksy singer songwriters" in 2012, and they have no intention to in the future. It has caused an uproar. Here is the link to read a great response from Ted Garber (who played on my last CD), as well as the CP response. Feel free to comment on the page in support! 

 Yeah, I pay most of my bills with all those fun bar gigs playing the hits you love. But the ORIGINAL SHOWS are where my passion, my art, my words, and my music shine though. Check back to my tour page often, since several original shows will soon be added. Dirty rumors include a Nashville performance in late February. DC shows in February will include the Bossa Bistro and SOVA. March will include a trip up north (Hey Philly! What up NYC?). See you all soon!

When shopping around for a frame to display my new CD on the wall of my studio, I noticed that there were very few options available. And none that I liked. So I designed my own!
